Our lodge is 116 kilometers west of Fort Simpson, in the Nahanni Mountain Range at Cli Lake. Accessible only by air or water in the summer. Fly in, with a side trip to the Park ,or travel by jetboat on three beautiful rivers to reach the lodge.

History

North Nahanni naturalist Lodge is an Indigenous owned and operated wilderness/ecotourism lodge built by Loyal and Ria Letcher, which opened for business in 1998. The lodge business specializes in soft adventure, promoting our Dene culture and ecotourism with the land and Indigenous culture being the primary focus of our guests’ experience.

We provide exclusivity for small or large private groups, and private functions such as weddings, corporate retreats, meetings, and healing camps. As well as, youth groups for cultural, wilderness survival, and basic mountaineering and hiking safety.
